Firstly - how good was that dose of sunshine and blue skies today after raining for 10 consecutive days?!

Now i know you are probably all sick of seeing photo's of our Paddo house however i promise these photo's are really good; they were shot by interiors photographer Justin Alexander for our architect's website http://luigirosselli.com/Terrace-House-Lights-Up/ i was so impressed with the images that i am teaming up with Justin to shoot the Moroccan loot for my online shop. We plan on doing lots of lifestyle shots as well - giving you lots of styling inspiration;)

As i look at the photo's of the house - again i am a little shocked at the amount of colour in our house! yes its bright and uplifting but next time i think i will tone it down..just a tad;)

The back of our house from the pool - Yes Justin actually climbed up on the back fence for this shot! Secret Gardens designed our pool and garden, Architectural Pools did the pool renovation

Another shot of the rear showing the beautiful curves that Luigi is famous for; as you can see the breakfast nook gets bathed in a healthy dose of sunshine each day (just how i like it!)

Our kitchen even with curved island bench; white timber tongue and groove kitchen; honed Carrera marble top, stainless steel shelf and mirror splashblack; floorboards are Porters wide board limed American Oak

Looking from the kitchen/living area through to the formal dining room; love this curved wall beside the pantry cupboard; blue baby juju is from Table Tonic as are the ikat cushions which are seen through out the shoot; those pom pom rattan placemats lying on the island bench are coming to soon to paddotopalmy.com.au

Living area looking out to the garden and pool

Another stunning curved wall; we moved the location of our stair case throughout the renovation so as to maximise the light coming into the house; sisal carpet lines the stairs and upstairs area's

Finally a good image of our powder room; wallpaper is a Batik pattern from china seas

Our dining room (patiently awaiting delivery of a Beni Ouarain rug)

Dining room looking through to the sitting room; we have called the dining room the 'George' room as most of the paintings in here are by Sydney based artist George Raftopoulos

The sitting room featuring the reupholstered chesterfield couch in a stain resistant cotton by warwick

Our ensuite bathroom; all tiles from Bisanna at Surrey Hills, the recycled timber benchtop's are old railway sleepers that have been limed

Master bedroom (chest of drawers a roadside find) pom pom blanket on bed coming soon to paddotopalmy.com.au the paint colour is Porters 'cool blue' it actually looked grey on the colour chart!

I think this image might be my favourite as the lighting and colours are so beautiful; pendant bedside lights are from les Interieurs; bedhead fabric from China Seas
