We ship all of our orders from our Sydney based warehouse ADS. Orders will be shipped 9am every Monday to Friday apart from public holidays. Tracking will be emailed as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

We offer Free Express Shipping within Australia via Australia Post for all purchases over AUD $299 which has a delivery timeframe of 1 -2 days for metro areas, and regional areas 1-3 days. For purchases under AUD $299 you can opt for Aust Post Express Post for AUD$12.50 or Parcel Post for AUD$10 (delivery within 5 - 7 days).

Paddo to Palmy ships globally (apart from Russia) for a fixed rate of AUD $30 per order we use  DHL express courier service. Timing differs for each destination however on average the timeframe is within 3 - 5 days. All shipments will be traceable with a tracking number provided as soon as the order is dispatched.

Importation duties and taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to take delivery of your shipment for any reason the initial cost of the shipping and the return cost of the shipping will be bourne by the consumer.

Please ensure all of your shipping details are correct as once the order is processed we are unable to make changes to the order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return your item(s) we offer a credit note (Valid for 6 months from date of purchase) or a refund. Returns are generally processed within 7 days of receiving and refunds will go back through the original form of payment.

You will need to return new, unused items with tags in place within 7 days of delivery. We ask that you please contact Paddo to Palmy prior to doing so at returns@paddotopalmy.com.au so that we can issue you with a customer RA number and a returns form. We are unable to process returns without a filled out returns form.

We are unable to process exchanges so in the event that you require a different size or style we ask that you return your item so that we can issue you with a store credit so that you can re purchase your correct size or to instantly secure the stock purchase the new size/style online then we will refund your returned item.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are strictly Final Sale.

Please ensure that return postage has tracking. Paddo to Palmy will not take responsibility for missing packages.

If the return is a result of our error ( incorrect item was sent or the item is defective/broken) we will pay the return shipping costs.
