We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange your item(s) or receive a credit note (Valid for 12 months from date of purchase) simply return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery. We ask that you please contact Paddo to Palmy prior to doing so at [email protected]
Please select carefully as Paddo to Palmy is unable to provide a refund unless the item is faulty. If you are unsure about fit or have any questions relating to the garments please email [email protected] call us on 0488 082 339 for assistance regarding your purchase.

Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to [email protected]
Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.

We pride ourselves on producing high quality garments in the unlikely event that a garment is defective please alert us via email [email protected] and we will gladly send out a replacement.
