We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange your item(s) or receive a credit note (Valid for 6 months from date of purchase) you will need to return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery. We ask that you please contact Paddo to Palmy prior to doing so at returns@paddotopalmy.com.au so that we can issue you with a customer RA number.
Please select carefully as Paddo to Palmy is unable to provide a refund unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty it must be returned within 7 days of delivery. If you are unsure about fit or have any questions relating to the garments please email help@paddotopalmy.com.au 

Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received. In order for us to process the invoice must be included with the issued customer RA number.

Please ensure that return postage has tracking. Paddo to Palmy will not take responsibility for missing packages.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is deemed faulty.

We pride ourselves on producing high quality garments in the unlikely event that a garment is defective please alert us via email help@paddotopalmy.com.au and we will gladly send out a replacement.

If the return is a result of our error ( incorrect item was sent or the item is defective/broken) we will pay the return shipping costs.
